Computer hardware refers to the physical components that make up a computer system. It includes everything with a circuit board that operates within a PC or laptop; including the motherboard, graphics card, CPU (Central Processing Unit), ventilation fans, webcam, power supply, and so on. The basic hardware components of a personal computer include a monitor, a motherboard, a CPU, RAM (Random Access Memory), two expansion cards, a power supply, an optical disc drive, a hard disk drive, a keyboard and a mouse.
